From December 2013 to April 2015, CRS's field works were conducted throughout China. The field works were conducted by thirty local collaborators of CRS. The CRS Office is the central coordinator of the field works. We have strict procedure to guarantee the quality of the field works. The local collaborators are required to submitthe first ten questionnaires for review, and a detail feedback will be sent outwithin two days.
We try to keep abalance between flexibility and standardization. We use standard trainings and handbooks to make sure each interview is done in the same way. We also give local collaborators some freedom to decide the way to do the field work. The interview can be done collectively in a designed place or be done individually in each venue. But a face-to-face interview is the bottom line. Here are some pictures of the field works.
