The CRS questionnaires include the religious venue survey questionnaire and the county religious landscape survey questionnaire. The interviewers of the religious venue survey questionnaire are the heads of religious venues. The interviewers of the religious venue survey questionnaire are the governmemental officials from the local Religious Affairs Bureau (RAB). Generally, we collect data by face-to-face interviews. However, we also use other methods (e.g. summon the religious leaders to fill out the questionnaires) to collect data under certain circumstance.

The main modules in the county religious landscape survey questionnaire are: disctribution  of different religious venues, the basic information of clergies and believers, and the current situation of religious management.
